Today I went hiking with my best friend for hours and we saw this river and I felt unbelievably compelled to go skinny dipping, even though the water must have been something like 40 degrees and the weather outside was nowhere near warm. Something about the freezing water around my body and the song of the forest around me made me feel like a beautiful water nymph, the last of her kind. This is my first post and I just had to share my experience, considering your theme is temperature and I definitely cooled off today.
Sometimes we get submissions in that I’m immediately infatuated with. I look at them and see them as beautiful pieces of art could read as stills from an art film or be framed in a gallery. This submission is no exception and definitely belongs in bestofnn. The beautiful symmetry you’ve captured with the reflection of your arms in the water creates such an interesting shape and the landscape is so picturesque it doesn’t even seem real. Kudos to you of course for your bravery in deciding to get in that cold water to take it and thank you so much for sharing. It’s easily become one of my favourite submissions thus far.
